Eel in unagi sauce with cream cheese, fresh cucumber & spicy cashew — light appetizer from Japan, which is ideal for white and sparkling wines.
And if you like to travel around Russia and discover from new sides then we recommend a cold appetizer from Siberia — suguday from muksun with cranberries and apples.

At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the world’s largest beer festival! In keeping with Lambic’s tradition, we’ve created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the German festival. We’re starting with the long-awaited pretzel, which we’ve prepared in three variations this year: with melted butter, with bacon, and with beef brisket! For the main course, choose pork loin schnitzel with a lush romaine lettuce salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is, as always, the mini pork knuckle on the bone! This year — glazed with dark beer, served with mashed potatoes and Thai-style cucumbers. O’ zapft is!
