The New Atlas of Beer is now at Lambic!

We have another update to the Beer Atlas! Try the new additions on tap: The most important news: we now have our own beer! SATER PREMIUM LAGER — A Belgian pale lager brewed by the famous St—Feuillien brewery, brewed especially for our Brasserie Lambic restaurant chain. It is a well-balanced beer with a mild taste and aroma, moderately malty with toasty and honey notes and a slight hop bitterness. The Brasserie St-Feuillien brewery was founded in 1873 by Stephanie Friart. Now in its fifth generation, the Friart family continues to brew a wide range of beers, including St-Feuillien Abbey Beer, Saison, and Grisette, upholding local brewing traditions. MARTINS IPA An Indian pale ale brewed using the «dry hop» technique. Dry hop flowers added at the end of fermentation give this beer a refined balance and unique character. It was awarded the highest prize at the Superior Taste Award competition in 2014. WOODBRIDGE STOUT A traditional English stout with a deep black color, an aroma of dry roasted malt with coffee notes, and a balanced, smooth aftertaste. CIDER REBEL APPLE MEDIUM DRY The flagship cider that started the Rebel Apple story. This natural semi-dry cider is made from pure apple juice. The cider blend includes only Russian apples of 4–5 different varieties. Rebel Apple was recognized as the «Best International Cider House of the Year» at the GLINTCAP competition in the US, considered the most respected in the cider world. To date, it is the only cider house from Russia to have received three gold medals in the Heritage Cider — Dry and Modern Cider — Dry categories. Our long-awaited and beloved bottled beer is back in the atlas: — MORT SUBITE KRIEK LAMBIC TRADITION — a unique lambic aged for 3 years with the addition of natural cherry juice. — SWEDISH CIDERS FROM THE ÄLSKA BRAND — very refreshing and brightly sweet. Two new flavors: Raspberry, strawberry, elderberry, and peach, mango, lime. A major update in the Special Beer section: — STRAFFE HENDRIK QUADRUPEL HERITAGE — an exquisite variation of Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel, brewed once a year and aged for a year in oak barrels. — PIRAAT SPECIAL RESERVE RUM BARREL AGED — a strong golden ale from Piraat, aged for several months in oak barrels that previously held rum. New additions to the non-alcoholic beer collection: Hoppy and tropical PARANOIA HAZY HOPPY and refreshing cherry PARANOIA HAZY FRUITY ROUGE. We look forward to seeing you at Brasserie Lambic!

Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu! We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items. We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits! The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros has been supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Mini-chebureks are now rectangular with more filling, and beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce. Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu. There is a novelty: tiramisu in a nest of kataifi dough with homemade nut liqueur and seasonal berries, which will become a real decoration of your dinner. See you at Lambic!

Chef Semyon Solomein presents a new special Lambic menu! Here you will find 5 duck dishes in different cooking techniques and styles. We start our acquaintance with duck riet, which we serve with pickled daikon, cherry marmalade and ciabatta. Next, we take an olivier with smoked duck, made with roasted vegetables with homemade dressing. Taco in crispy tortilla with Peking duck and hoisin sauce will be an excellent appetizer, which is convenient to «share» for the whole company. We will warm up with fragrant sesame ramen with duck breast, pickled egg and spicy chili oil. And for hot dish we’ll choose stewed duck leg confit with polenta and spinach. For dessert, try the coconut mochi with mango-mandarin sauce, a classic Japanese dessert made from rice dough and topped with creamy ice cream.
