On April 25, the evening at Brasserie Lambic was filled with elegance and creativity. Organizers of the city's main events gathered for a dinner party to discuss future projects and ideas.
Among the guests were prominent figures of the city administration, representatives of the event sphere and the media. In an atmosphere of coziness and creativity was a presentation of the restaurant Lambic. Here were demonstrated the features of the institution, announced the main events of the upcoming season and agreed terms for private and corporate events.
Restaurant's chef Mikhail Pyzhjanov delighted the guests with a fiery presentation of the gastro-set and conquered everyone with his skill and quality of combinations.
The atmosphere of the event was friendly and informal, which facilitated energetic discussions and the start of new projects.

We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the largest beer festival in the world! We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year! For the main course, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and a potato waffle with Munich sausage and braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
