Russian seasons in Lambic

The New Year holiday for us is not just one day a year. This is a whole season when you can immerse yourself in the cozy nostalgia of childhood and family traditions! And that’s why we launched our Russian seasons at Lambic to plunge into those very memories!

We recommend starting with snacks and salads. There you will find familiar and beloved dishes from childhood, but in the author’s Lambic presentation: mimosa with smoked salmon and red caviar, herring with tartare from Yalta onions with crumpled potatoes, toast with Baltic sprat and pancakes with trout caviar.

The main dishes included mini cabbage rolls with crab, dumplings with marbled beef, pancakes with cream julienne and dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms with parmesan mousse. We recommend sparkling wine Magnatum Blanc de Blanc or a set of four berry tinctures «Onegin».

In order to warm up, try fish soup from three types of fish with toast with herring oil, and to lift the mood — honey cake with sea buckthorn cream and spicy persimmon!

On April 25, the evening at Brasserie Lambic was filled with elegance and creativity. Organizers of the city's main events gathered for a dinner party to discuss future projects and ideas. Among the guests were prominent figures of the city administration, representatives of the event sphere and the media. In an atmosphere of coziness and creativity was a presentation of the restaurant Lambic. Here were demonstrated the features of the institution, announced the main events of the upcoming season and agreed terms for private and corporate events. Restaurant's chef Mikhail Pyzhjanov delighted the guests with a fiery presentation of the gastro-set and conquered everyone with his skill and quality of combinations. The atmosphere of the event was friendly and informal, which facilitated energetic discussions and the start of new projects. We believe that important meetings are not accidental and we are sure that this event will be the beginning of a new start for fruitful cooperation.

Lenten menu at Lambic

We at Lambic are attentive to what is important for our guests, so for Lent we have prepared a special menu with a variety of colorful dishes. To start we offer crispy bruschetta with artichokes, vegetable spring rolls and falafel salad, and as a hot appetizer we serve baked eggplants with tofu cream. For the first course there is mushroom ramen, and the main course is presented with cauliflower steak with quinoa and hearty BBQ shawarma with falafel. We will not leave without dessert - we bake banana pai with lemon sorbet. Be inspired, grow spiritually and do not sacrifice taste - we are waiting for the Lenten menu until the beginning of May!
