Russian seasons at Lambic

The season begins, when the soul asks for more warm meetings and moments, and nostalgia for childhood and cozy family values only intensifies. That is why we continue the tradition of last year and relaunch the menu «Russian Seasons» to plunge into those very memories! Familiar and favorite dishes in the author’s Lambic presentation are waiting for you.

We recommend starting with bright appetizers. Smoked duck cold water with mustard and horseradish cream, which we serve with cucumber relish and garlic croutons will plunge into unique warm memories. Bruschetta with cod liver mousse, cucumber, red caviar and quail egg, as well as beet cream with anchovies, capers, pai potatoes and Borodino croutons will give a real aesthetic pleasure.

The main courses included dumplings with potatoes, mushrooms and truffle cream sauce, veal and chicken fried cutlet with yam and miso sauce, and Murmansk halibut with celery root cream, coconut sauce, red caviar and yam chips. We recommend the perfect bar accompaniment to the dishes — cocktails and homemade infusions, which our team prepares by ourselves!

To warm up in Siberian winter frosts, try soup from northern fish with red caviar and ciabatta toast, and for a cozy mood we recommend fragrant apple pie with cranberries and vanilla sauce!

Test Kitchen's new seasonal menu

The new summer offer Test kitchen is a project where you can try new products from Brasserie Lambic. Brand-chef Alexey Yashaev has prepared dishes, the best of which will be added to the main menu of our restaurant. Refreshing okroshka with smoked duck on kvass, kefir or ayran will be a salvation in the summer heat. We serve two dishes at once with flamekesh flatbread: tuna tartare with sesame kimchi and seared salmon, which we put on the flatbread in a thin layer with avocado. Crispy chicken was prepared in two variations: with summer green salad or pattitim pasta with oyster mushrooms. Hearty beef steak is prepared with mozzarella and onion marmalade, and for seafood in tomato sauce we advise to take crispy ciabatta! A pleasant sweet addition to your meal will be tiramisu with Irish cream liqueur. Bar-manager Diana Dvoretskaya presented three refreshing spritzes, which will become a bright note of the veranda season in Lambic: with strawberry, peach and limoncello. A dinner party at Lambic

On April 25, the evening at Brasserie Lambic was filled with elegance and creativity. Organizers of the city's main events gathered for a dinner party to discuss future projects and ideas. Among the guests were prominent figures of the city administration, representatives of the event sphere and the media. In an atmosphere of coziness and creativity was a presentation of the restaurant Lambic. Here were demonstrated the features of the institution, announced the main events of the upcoming season and agreed terms for private and corporate events. Restaurant's chef Mikhail Pyzhjanov delighted the guests with a fiery presentation of the gastro-set and conquered everyone with his skill and quality of combinations. The atmosphere of the event was friendly and informal, which facilitated energetic discussions and the start of new projects. We believe that important meetings are not accidental and we are sure that this event will be the beginning of a new start for fruitful cooperation.
