Especially for the summer season we have prepared a new item for you to try on our veranda!

— Filet mignon with baked yams and morels.
— Gedza with lamb and Zhu meat sauce.
— Chicken pâté with pistachio, spiced pear and ciabatta.
— Salmon roll with charred carrots, cream sauce and red game.
— Grilled scallops with ptitime pasta, cauliflower mousse and foie gras cream sauce.
— Okra on bread kvass with pastrami.
We added a light dessert — wasabi mousse with berry sauce and chocolate and sesame chispo, as well as refreshing lemonades!

We invite you to celebrate Lambic Brasserie’s birthday on December 12 and 13! We will be waiting for you from 6 p.m. for two whole days. The celebration program includes live performances by the Papier-Mâché band and the Noir duo. There will also be a tarot reader, a magician, a photographer, as well as a birthday cake and branded gifts for guests! We look forward to seeing you on December 12 and 13!
