Especially for the summer season we have prepared a new item for you to try on our veranda!

— Duck breast with Kenyan beans, eggplant mousse and perigue sauce.
— Filet mignon with baked yams and morels.
— Gedza with lamb and Zhu meat sauce.
— Chicken pâté with pistachio, spiced pear and ciabatta.
— Salmon roll with charred carrots, cream sauce and red game.
— Grilled scallops with ptitime pasta, cauliflower mousse and foie gras cream sauce.
— Okra on bread kvass with pastrami.

We added a light dessert — wasabi mousse with berry sauce and chocolate and sesame chispo, as well as refreshing lemonades!

Seasonal menu with duck at Lambic

Chef Semyon Solomein presents a new special Lambic menu! Here you will find 5 duck dishes in different cooking techniques and styles. We start our acquaintance with duck riet, which we serve with pickled daikon, cherry marmalade and ciabatta. Next, we take an olivier with smoked duck, made with roasted vegetables with homemade dressing. Taco in crispy tortilla with Peking duck and hoisin sauce will be an excellent appetizer, which is convenient to «share» for the whole company. We will warm up with fragrant sesame ramen with duck breast, pickled egg and spicy chili oil. And for hot dish we’ll choose stewed duck leg confit with polenta and spinach. For dessert, try the coconut mochi with mango-mandarin sauce, a classic Japanese dessert made from rice dough and topped with creamy ice cream. Brasserie Lambic invites you on a journey through a revamped menu!

Start with gourmet appetizers: smorrebrod on borodino bread with Baltic sprat, or salad with roasted halloumi and tarragon pesto. Continue the journey with a large beef steak with mozzarella, glazed and onion marmalade. Or perhaps cod with creamy mousse spinach and tomato tartare. Get ready for discoveries.
