We could not miss this event, so we invite you to evaluate our festival menu and vote for our dishes:
1. Suguday of muksun with Altai cranberries and Borodino chips.
2. Suzunskie grouse with potatoes baked in Savannah salt, sour cream and pike caviar.
3. Farm quail with Siberian berries, green peas and demiguel sauce.

We invite you to celebrate Lambic Brasserie’s birthday on December 12 and 13! We will be waiting for you from 6 p.m. for two whole days. The celebration program includes live performances by the Papier-Mâché band and the Noir duo. There will also be a tarot reader, a magician, a photographer, as well as a birthday cake and branded gifts for guests! We look forward to seeing you on December 12 and 13!
