Oktoberfest in Lambic
We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the largest beer festival in the world!
We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year! For the main course, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and a potato waffle with Munich sausage and braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas!
The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
Introducing the Striploin Special menu at Brasserie Lambic! Three dishes have been specially created for this menu: — Spaghetti with beef meatballs in a creamy tomato sauce with Parmesan cheese. — Beef meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce with feta cheese and herbs. — Striploin steak with pepper sauce and French fries.
