A new level of indulgence has arrived: our restaurant now has its very own oyster tank! This means our oysters reach your table at peak freshness — practically straight from the sea. No long waiting times: each oyster is carefully selected from the tank and shucked just before serving.
Our new menu features four iconic oyster varieties, each with its own distinctive character:
• Imperial Oyster (RUB 540) — a timeless classic with a delicate, slightly sweet mineral flavor.
• Lumière Oyster (RUB 850) — refined and delicate, the perfect choice for those who appreciate elegant textures.
• Pink Jolie Oyster (RUB 1,040) — a premium variety with a subtle creamy finish.

At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the world’s largest beer festival! In keeping with Lambic’s tradition, we’ve created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the German festival. We’re starting with the long-awaited pretzel, which we’ve prepared in three variations this year: with melted butter, with bacon, and with beef brisket! For the main course, choose pork loin schnitzel with a lush romaine lettuce salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is, as always, the mini pork knuckle on the bone! This year — glazed with dark beer, served with mashed potatoes and Thai-style cucumbers. O’ zapft is!
